All our jewellery is made from high-quality, nickel-free stainless steel, making it allergy-friendly and perfect for everyday wear. Our gold pieces are finished with PVD plating using real 18K gold. This advanced process bonds the gold firmly to the steel, so your jewellery won’t tarnish or fade.

The only thing that I don’t care for is that I can’t figure out a way to keep the “loose” end of the bracelet flat. It seems like no matter where I place the things that it goes through, they slide and the end flaps around.

You sent it to me with free shipping because you failed to mention on your site that the Luxe isn’t suitable for smaller wrists. So I bought this one and you gave me free shipping. Turns out I’ve received two bills from UPS stating I owe them the shipping. I have photos of the bill. So although the jewelry is actually decent and I like it, your business and professionalism is terrible.
