The only thing that I don’t care for is that I can’t figure out a way to keep the “loose” end of the bracelet flat. It seems like no matter where I place the things that it goes through, they slide and the end flaps around.

You sent it to me with free shipping because you failed to mention on your site that the Luxe isn’t suitable for smaller wrists. So I bought this one and you gave me free shipping. Turns out I’ve received two bills from UPS stating I owe them the shipping. I have photos of the bill.
