Matériau
Tous nos bijoux sont fabriqués en acier inoxydable de haute qualité, sans nickel : ils conviennent aux peaux sensibles et se portent au quotidien. Nos bijoux dorés sont recouverts d’un plaquage PVD en véritable or 18 carats. Ce procédé moderne fixe solidement l’or sur l’acier, pour que votre bijou ne ternisse pas et ne se décolore pas.

Please help 2 charms are missing from my order when i just received it and ive emailed and messaged and no one is getting back to me so don't know if anyone is there please? Also i am worried because i had to pay nearly £45 customs charges so the charms that are missing when you send them am i going to be charged customs again ? Please someone answer me! Thanks Zara
