M'n ketting is prachtig. De letters zijn sierlijk, vrouwelijk en slank wat ik mooi vind. Het zou wel fijn zijn als je naam "vast" zou zitten aan de ketting. Nu gaat ie alle kanten op. En klinkt misschien raar, maar de sluiting zit aan de linkerkant waardoor ik als rechtshandige wat moeite heb om de ketting om te doen. En als laatste zou het fijn zijn om een keuze te kunnen maken uit de soort ketting. Deze vind ik persoonlijk iets te grof voor het lettertype. Dit zijn geen klachten, meer punten waar ik zelf tegen aan liep. Klantenservice reageerde heel snel op mijn vraag of het mogelijk was om de letter ü te verwerken. Verder dus echt helemaal top en ziet eruit als goede kwaliteit.
