All our jewellery is made from high-quality, nickel-free stainless steel, making it allergy-friendly and perfect for everyday wear. Our gold pieces are finished with PVD plating using real 18K gold. This advanced process bonds the gold firmly to the steel, so your jewellery won’t tarnish or fade.

Please help 2 charms are missing from my order when i just received it and ive emailed and messaged and no one is getting back to me so don't know if anyone is there please?
