Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 30 days to return your product.

Return shipping with tracking required
All returns must be sent with a tracked shipping method. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. This is your proof of return. Without valid tracking we cannot confirm that your return was sent or delivered, and we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

Condition of the product
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included, where reasonably possible.

Refund
You will be refunded the full product amount, excluding the original shipping costs. We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your return, provided the product arrives in good condition.

Personalised products
Personalised (engraved) products are made especially for you. The right of withdrawal does not apply to them. The purchase is final after successful payment.
